Why stay with us?
- AS OF JANUARY 2012 - we have JUST bought the latest XBOX 360 with Kinect sensor, and a selection of games - Just Dance3; Zumba Fitness Party; Forza Motosport 4; FIFA 12; Call of Duty 3; and Assasin's Creed Revelations - all available on request!! Needless to say we also have a 42" plasma TV.
- One of the best possible locations in North Norfolk - central Holt - highly sought after.
- Gorgeous and huge house (over 2,000 sq ft), very warm due to new powerful central heating system, lovingly and tastefully restored, with no expense spared.
- Zoffany and Willam Morris wallpapers, Farrow and Ball paints, antique furniture, brass, marble and granite. Our accountants tell us that we spent £165k on restoration and fittings, this is not counting the value of slave labour used (friends and family).
- Nearly 2 acre garden, with huge formal lawn and a play area with a large trampoline and table tennis.
- Wireless broadband, modern plasma 42" TV with freesat, selection of videos, books, board games etc
- Modern large kitchen with John Lewis appliances, full selection of cooking utensils. If anything is missing for your cooking needs (very unlikely) - tell us and we will provide it there and then.

The Lawns Holiday Home is a Victorian house built in Georgian style, with taste, style and pretence to be a small stately home, lovingly renovated and kitted out with the best appliances, therefore you will be getting more than just a holiday cottage - you will be getting a LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCE of past times.
The estate is in central
Holt - an award-winning Georgian town, where it has been said Camilla Parker Bowles comes to do her shopping
all the way from the Sandringham estate.
The house is large and child and pet friendly, with a 2 acre private garden/park to run around in and a large private car park. In spring we have a display of snowdrops, daffodils, crocuses and bluebells. In early June there is a spectacular display of a large Banksia rose. A range of unique shops are just a short walk away, as well as exceptional places to eat such as Butlers and Byfords cafes, Balthazaars wine bar, and a number of pubs.
Just across the road there is Spouts Common, where kids love paddling in the stream, and a short walk away there is Holt country park with a play park and fragrant pine forest walks, great for dog walkers and parents with children. Please see birds eye view on multimap here.
