January and February weeks: £640, February 11 - 18 half term week: £790 - still available;
March week: £640;
April week: £740; 31 March - 7 April week (Half Term and April 6th Bank Holiday) £990; 7 - 14 April week (Half Term and April 9th Easter Monday) £990.
5 - 12 May week (Early May Bank Holiday) £749; rest of May weeks: £695;

2 - 9 June week (Spring Bank Holiday and the Golden Jubilee Holiday, as well as Half Term) £1,800. The rest of June weeks: £640;
July (except last week) £900; Peak Season (last week of July and August): £1,550.

September week: £749;
October week: £640; October half term week: £790;
November and December weeks: £640;
Christmas week (start on Wednesday 21st) £1,990; New Year (start on Wednesday 28th): £1,500 (plenty of logs, coal and a large decorated Christmas tree provided in the hall free of charge). 

Short stay up to 3 nights: £495 (September, October), £450 (November - March) additional nights are £100 per night. We are unlikely to accept short stay booking between April and September, or during peak times, unless there is short notice availability. This is because The Lawns is usually fully booked from the end of March to September.

At the time of booking we take a deposit of £150 or 20%, whichever is greater. The balance becomes payable 2 months prior to commencement of your stay.

If your plans change and you're unable to come after you have paid us, we will gladly refund you, including the deposit, providing we are able to re-sell your booking.

Check in time  is after 3pm on the first day of your booking, and check out time is before 10:30am on the day of departure.

For all of our guests we provide free postcards of the house.
