TO HOLIDAY COTTAGE OWNERS
We receive many more queries than we can fulfil, as we have only 2 properties in and around Holt. At the same time, we are aware that holiday let agencies are expensive (charge at least 20%), and can be rather ineffective: after leaving the agency we have trebled our takings for The Lawns.
